Thanks for your good wishes. Thankfully, things seem to be falling into place, having accepted an offer on our home this afternoon. I'm cautiously optimistic that the subjects will be removed without incident, then I'll feel like I can relax a little. Yes, the whole process is equally stressful and exciting and not one that I hope to repeat any time soon, LOL.

I, too, was called for jury duty the same week. Uggh. It makes me so nervous! And, I can’t take knitting while I wait. No needles! So, I will crochet something, I guess…

Well done house moves can be so stressful. We did the same downsizing and didn’t even market our family home sold and now living in a bungalow. The best decision made.😊

Thank you, Susan, for all of your kind comments. We were very fortunate to receive an offer on our home after only four days and accepted it this afternoon. I won't truly relax until the subjects come off but am hopeful that everything will go smoothly. I'm so grateful to be able to channel some of my anxiety into my knitting! Take care, my friend.

Thank you for all of your kind comments. That's one of the things I love about spinning, the transformation from the fibre to the finished yarn. You never really know what you're going to end up with. I'm happy to say we accepted an offer on our home today so if all the subjects pan out we will be moving in March. What a blur these past few days have been!

Mine says she'd like to serve so my husband suggested switching places. We've been told often enough that we look alike, LOL.

We're in the process of recarpeting our upstairs so have been going through all the "stuff" and moving things around, that is lots of work, can't imagine moving a whole house!! You're going to need lots of "knitting" relaxtion time! Oops, she's going on the 10th for selection, different Monday!
@ Regardless it's a lot of work and decision making--you're going to need that relaxation time too. I have to report on the 10th too--more than ever I am hoping I don't get picked.

Hi Veronika. Considering that I am such a beginner spinner I am flattered by your request but must respectfully decline. Spinning is something I do purely for fun and I don't feel qualified to sell my product, at least not at this point.
