    Curry and Wiggins saved coach Kerr, without Curry offense they wouldn't won this game and without Wiggins defense they wouldn't won this game!
    Wigs played elite defense on ANT (he shot poorly the whole game), and the few minutes Wigs was playing the 4 and defending Randle, he also did it at elite level (Randle shot 1 of 3 when been defended by Wigs), and he had two highlight reals against Randle, in the second quarter with a stop and a steal and an assist to an open Hield for a 3 (a 5 points turnaround), and then in the 4th quarter during clutch minutes, he had a stop and a block on Randle again and then at the other end a 3 point by Steph, another 5 points turnaround!

      I saw that one and if he missed Kerr and Steph would be mad at him, Steph was mad at first when he shot it but then was happy when he made it.
      And BTW in one of the last games when they lost because they couldn't scored during clutch (I think it was the Dallas game, not sure) I saw Steph doing the same thing ignoring a wide wide open Wiggins trying to score inside while been defended by 2 players, he missed of course and we ended up losing the game.

    • @glovs4188
      @glovs4188 4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +2

      I'm fine with podz playtime still. He's a sophomore. Giving him experience here and there is fine. He can be slightly negative sometimes. But that's how you develop players. And he's not the biggest issue.
      Warriors should've been good enough to afford a sophomore with potential some blunders.
      Come playoff. Of course, the 2 guard positions should be reduced to Steph, Schroeder and GP2. Or if opposing teams don't have a scoring wing play GP2 at the 3 with Schroeder and hield at guard.
      Hield and Steph shouldn't share the floor together come playoff.

      Good coach must know strength and weakness of the team, and use the strength to create miss match. For some reason, Kerr doesn’t understand that. He forces his players to follow his system instead of create a system matching his players. lol, without Steph, he is a loser coach. Look at how he coach the USA team, a total disaster. Again, Steph saved his ass in Semi final and final at Olympic. Without Steph at World Cup, USA team barely win bronze, and had multiple lost. FYI, USA team alway has better roster compare to other nation.

    Key take aways :
    -Trace should be Guaranteed 30 minutes, especially with Shroder, he is a beast on BOTH ENDS
    -Curry actually should relax more and play less, and yes his best role is to give us a good burst at any point in the game and close the 4th, no need to run him a lot off ball and use him a lot for screens until its very necessary.
    -simplify the offense, screw Dray he he doesnt adjust, which i am sure he will, but runing more PnR with Kumminga, Wiggs, Shroder
    -FFS stop the 3 guard lineups, i dont wanna see this anymore, teams have figured you out Kerr

    Only 17 minutes from the only power forward available is way too few. A secondary effect of Kerr's small ball lineups last night was more wear and tear on Steph for the unnecessary late game heroics in a game that should have been over. But shoutout to Trayce, Wiggs, Kyle, and most of the team for playing active defense (although this was made easier by the Wolves' awful shooting). Good team effort despite the coaching strategy.

    Hi Jim.
    Im from Indonesia.
    I really like your analysis and all your insight about the game.
    Been a Warriors fans since Mark Jackson era.
    The moment they hired Steve Kerr, I know he aint good.
    He just lucky how Mark Jackson has build this team the way they play the small ball and attempts a lot of 3 by making plays for Steph and Klay.
    That era, they arent completely small bcs they had Andrew Bogut who can pass and protect the rim, and also David Lee which is a slasher.
    Just like you said it, Steve Kerr is braindead. I agree with you.

    Each time JK does exceptionally well when hes allowed to be himself. Kerr gets in the way and interfere whethe its mintues, rotations, in and out of the rotations where his rythm is affected. He has done these things on purpose to jk and moody to deflate their value. We all know jk is better. When jk shines kerr finds a way to put him back in his place. Kerr was successful in deflating moodys value, and continues with jk.

    You're talking points about JK are so disconnected from reality. you say, do you think they ever could have gotten off to a start like this with JK at the four, as if they haven't done that very thing, in games with no curry. You're just making stuff up

    • @JimParkGM
      @JimParkGM  5 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +3

      Let's come back to reality and talk about when Curry is on the team, which is the only thing that actually matters for this team? If you want JK to be so great as a starting PF, then you should pray that he gets traded to another team where he can actually do this w/out the responsibilities of playing like a championship-caliber piece.

    Hi Jim,
    Ddi you watch the post game interview of Steve Kerr and Curry....both seems to be talking about running the familiar play for Curry that has been tested to work. And if they do so, they will win is the implied message. I am not sure...other teams have studied their plays for ages...the basketball intelligence is lacking if you just keep running similar plays...and i think they would not go far if they do not devise plays for other players....Curry cannot carry All the offense...it is not viable for the long run or in a championship game.

      @JimParkGM Draymond should be coming off the bench and his ball handling duties reduced. The main reason why Steph isn't on the ball more is because of Draymond which is one reason Kerr keeps doubling down on his system. It is obvious that Draymond is most dependent on the motion offense.

    Jim I know your focus has been on personnel and who fits here, but I think it’s time to adjust the way this problem is looked at. It’s Draymond. I remember you saying that you need to remove Kerr’s ability to run this system and trade some people, and it hit me like a truck this game. Time to face the facts, you’re gonna have to remove Draymond before any other player on this roster. I’ve heard everyone else, even Curry, but never him, and yet tonight you got some of what you wanted, the young core fans got what they wanted, Curry fans got what they wanted, and even Kerr got some of what he wanted. It’s Draymond.

    • @JimParkGM
      @JimParkGM  4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Draymond's defense makes them contenders. There's just simply unnecessary confusion created by the chaos of Kerr putting him at C with no PF next to him alongside 3 tiny guards - how is that Draymond's fault?

    • @sarcasm3605
      @sarcasm3605 4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      @ I think it’s time to ask yourself if you’re actually evaluating Draymond’s **current** ability to be a championship piece. Your defense can be all world but in this league if you turn the ball over you’re causing your own uphill climb. I simply propose that the reason he is “forced” to play with 3 guards is because on offense the only way he has to contribute is to be the fulcrum of the very system that you make these videos about, evidence being the turnover amounts indicating a reduction in the turnover prone “motion offense.” If Dray is what you say lifts you to contention then you must acknowledge that he is also what drags you to mediocrity.
      Biggest proof is what Kerr said IN A WIN. He chooses now to call out the young guys saying “get Steph the ball,” after a 2-11 skid? How do you find that much issue after a win, but just last game say “I’m not worried” after losing by 50? The only thing that changed was no Draymond, therefore the one who empowers Kerr must be Draymond. Here we see, even in a win, not having his system enforcer is what upsets him, after crickets throughout the 2-11 skid.

    • @JimParkGM
      @JimParkGM  4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      @sarcasm3605 you forgetting this team started 9-2 when they did the right things. You allowing Kerr's clownery take you down the wrong path of analysis. Dray doesn't have to play motion all day - in case you haven't noticed, his 3-point shooting has increased drastically. He's capable of being a spot up shooter without having to play the role of traffic cop - that is PURELY Kerr's idea

    • @sarcasm3605
      @sarcasm3605 3 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      @ I understand that perfectly well, but if I am to hear about how Kerr abandoned the Stotts offense I merely wish to point out exactly what allows him to do so. I am warning that as long as Dray is here, who you trade away or for will not matter so that aspect of the conversation is a moot point, as well as the conversation about Steph’s aggressiveness. The questions I am asking are: “Does Steph need someone to get him the ball in such fancy manners?” and “Does Draymond himself want to go away from the system when he seems to be its biggest beneficiary?”
      Steve Kerr’s comments almost contradict the point of “motion offense” and the only player benefiting from that system is certainly Dray. Dray at this point is looking more like a ball stopper who passes to Steph only rather than one who shoots, and the way this falls in line with Kerr’s comments is not a good sign for one who wishes for a new system especially when it’s fulcrum may not want to relinquish his place. Those comments about Dray getting himself ejected if there’s no Steph have weight to them. So you may need to evaluate if Draymond is holding the offense hostage rather than being another victim of it, and whether the defense he brings isn’t completely nullified by his turnovers which place the defense on their back foot, as I’m sure you’ll agree.

      @ yes i agree.. and if TJD can play offense like he did tonight on a consistent basis and work on his defense kerr would leave him in the line up permanently.. jus some games he goes missing and plays way too soft and cant finish at the rim or get rebounds.. thats when the trust issues come in from steve kerr..im rooting for TJD.. hopefully he can find some consistency
