Just bought two of these pc540 from Facebook marketplace. I like them so far. Setup was easy. The night vision works great. We have faces on our living room wall. We can't see in daylight. But the night vision lights them up. No storage is setup yet. Just monitoring right now.

I have a pc770. It worked great with just saving to the SD card. Then I subscribed to a cloud storage plan. It immediately began constant buffering and skipped gaps in recording
It sometimes will buffer for 10 minutes before I can see live and then it shows a few seco ds and buffers again.
I unsubscribed but it is still trying to.upload everything to the cloud. How can I make it stop accessing cloud storage and go back to just storing on the SD card? I reset tge camera. I removed the camera ftom the app and added again yet it still wants to use cloud storage.
Please help!!

Thank you for your review.
The infrared light of this camera can't be turned off. When the surrounding environment becomes dark, the infrared light will be automatically turned on and get into night vision mode. Because only through this can the dynamic body be detected.

It is a good camera am very satisfied, but I wanted to monitoring my car at night through the window that is unfortunately not because the infrared light from the glass is mirrored. Thank you for your prompt reply!
but i attached a small light source to the sensor so it works fine

Hi my camera don't work. The red led is fix on and the reset button has no effect.

Contact victure at ipc.support@govicture.com and explain the problem. The email with the answer contains the file and procedure for upgrade the firmware.

I only used mine a few times, not it will not initialize correctly. Rotates on power on, does not pan and tilt like it did. Reset button doesn't do anything, no matter how long you hold it. Solid red light. Can't even find new firmware. Waste of money. Buy a better brand.
