KeV and DaVe, I'm literally crying still while writing this, I can't stop crying, I watched this is it once only in the theater , it was heart breaking even though it's so beyond words beautiful, after that I never watched it and tried not to watch anything from this is it as its so heartbreaking for me , but I couldn't stop watching your reaction to Michael 's music, you do it from your heart I can say , yes his voice never off until the end infact it got more and more beautiful and the way he performed was otherworldly beautiful, thats because he sings and performs from his heart, thank you again for this beautiful reaction, love and blessings ❤️ 🙏👑🤟✌️🦋🌻
I agree with you. The voice is there but his skinny body makes me cry. It's too hard to watch. He was strong and fragile at the same time. Rest in peace Mickael and thank you for having enchanted our youth with so much talent. We don't forget you 😍😢😢🙏
@@naimagalion4616 yes ,thats why I don't want to watch anything from this is it, it breaks my heart 💔 yes you are right he is fragile but strong, he is living in our hearts 💕 ❤️🙏👑🤟✌️🦋🌻
This guy is amazing in everything he's done. 50 years doing what the 20's and 30's don't do. sensational. more Michael please. React to i just cant stop loving you This is it or The Way you make me feel this is it
I can't bring myself to watch This Is It in full again, after seeing it once. It's just too painfull. But this... this is one of the bits of it that I come back to a lot. You can practically feel the love for his craft that is poured into these rehersal sessions and it's so full of emotion. Thank you for choosing to do this one. Truly.
Human nature was always one of my favourites. And seeing this in the cinema just broke me. The whole thing did. I had front row seat tickets and yeah it is honestly my biggest regret in life that I never got to see him live.
One of my biggest regrets in life is not seen MJ live in person and I grew up on Michael Jackson my first ever taste of Michael Jackson was from the VHS video moonwalker is anybody remember that because I do back in 1990
He wasn't even trying, he couldn't gain any sleep for over a month, but even without effort he was better than any major artist ever. MJ is simply the objective best. This was everyday rehearsal, not anything meant to be shown to anyone much less everyone.
Man it's sucks I was only 8 years old idnk that he was alive on his last rehearsal 😢 it would be so awesome if I went back in time and go see him performing
Such a wonderful reaction to a stunning version of "HUman Nature". It's brilliant when he uses his gritty voice, and then the falsetto in the chorus, stunning!!!
I was a devoted Michael Jackson fan throughout the '90s. However, even as an ardent supporter, I used to criticize him for his frequent reliance on playback and lip-syncing during concerts. It felt disheartening to hear identical vocal tracks layered over the live contributions of backup singers and musicians. What I failed to appreciate back then was the intense vocal, physical, and choreographic demands of most of MJ's songs. As a perfectionist, he refused to compromise his physical performance, which often required him to prioritize intricate choreography over live vocals. "Thriller" serves as a prime example: he almost always opted for playback or lip-syncing during live renditions, given the song's strenuous demands. Reflecting on his performances now, I recognize them as a testament to his meticulous attention to detail and his commitment to delivering an unforgettable experience for his audience.
Thanks Kev and Dave for the great reaction ❤❤..After I watched this is it once, couldn't bring myself to watch it again it was too painful...but he was an amazing one who won't be forgotten ❤❤
Some will say that an artist/person as Michael Jackson comes once in a lifetime. I don't think that's true. It just comes once - period. There will never be anyone else like him. 'This is it' makes me so emotional, and I don't think I can't bring myself to fully watch it again any time soon. But I think you should react to the rehearsal of Earth Song. It was actually his last rehearsal, just hours before he left us.🤍 th-cam.com/video/9st8UtI00xc/w-d-xo.html
Have you guys checked out Drumeo? MJs drummer Jonathan Sugarfoot Moffett plays the drums to the songs he hadn’t played since MJ died. It’s amazing watching him play.
Actually it was about money, Michael was heavily in debt, he just about avoided forclosure on Neverland a year earlier, he was some 500 million dollars in debt, his loans was at an astronomical interest rate that he could not afford to manage. All the money he made went straight to his creditors. His income by 2009 wasn't even close to manage his expenses. He was settling lawsuit after lawsuit for breach of contracts with various business partners, he owed tons in unpaid legal fees. The contract he had with AEG Live for This Is It was also shit. He was liable for any and all production cost which included his 100 thousand dollar a month rented home, salaries to everyone involved with the production, housing and food for crew, performers and so on in London, Insurance. The production cost had surpassed 20 million dollars even before they got to London. After all this was paid, Michael would get 90% of the gross ticket sale revenue. He would actually not stand to make a lot of money (relatively) on the 50 planned shows and was bound to a contract that forced him to just keep performing in order to pay his obligations. With 50 concerts in London and 20 000 tickets for each night at an average of 150 USD a ticket, the gross revenue would be USD 150 million, 90% of that would be USD 135 million, after all expenses and taxes Michael stood to earn not anywhere near enough to help him out of his financial crisis. He would have to work for years and years on that contract to get out of his financial hole. Unfortunately. Ofc, new recorder music would help, but by 2009 physical album sales was already in a steep recline. He could have made a concert film ala the one that was made after his passing, that would help the situation a bit. His only real option was to sell his remaining stake in Sony ATV, rid himself of all his debt and drastically reduce his expenses. Very sad situation.
Thank you for this. It’s amazing isn’t it how someone so successful can end up being a slave to debt and to creditors.. and ultimately to working for years and years as you say.
Great reaction! I would like you to react to one of my videos! I analyze Michael's music, most interesting ones to react are in "Understanding His Music" playlist!
