Sir, Very informative video. In my ford figo 2013( similar as this car) I smell outside air even when internal switch is on. I clearly make out when I go on highways(long trip). Also sometimes when I stop in between My blower refuses to start but switches on after 10 mins, Since this happened only 2 times in 1 year I have not replaced blower motor. When I told that I can smell outside polluted air to ford service engineer He just told lightly that whole AC system need to change to correct any such issue. Can you please advice?
Thank you for watching the video. Firstly, if the blower isn't starting, it may be due to an issue with the motor's carbon brush. Unfortunately, the carbon brush can't be replaced, so replacing the blower is necessary, costing around ₹3500 plus labor. Alternatively, you can follow the DIY video on my channel.
Secondly, if there's proper cooling, no changes are needed in the AC system. The Air Recirculation system, determining whether to circulate cabin air or allow fresh air, is distinct. It involves an actuator (motor) controlling the recirculation mode.

when gas leaks or released oil also escapes, oil has to be added after evacuating the system and correct amount gas has to be charged.

I replaced everything but the ac still not cooling , What do you think the problem
If every components have been replaced…and they are working fine… then there could have been the problem with the refringent (ac gas)…it could have been due to an low quality aftermarket refringent…or it would have been filled properly…
i.e, before filling the gas, ac line must be vacuumed properly. And then proper amount of gas should be filled.

I think you should visit an authorised Ford service centre… they have automatic machine for this purpose. They’ll charge approx ₹3500 but this worth it.

Bulkul daala gya, sir… actually wo jo AC gas bharne wala machine tha, wo automatic hota hai.. or wo “gas (refrigerant) ke alawa Compressor Oil or dye (green colour) jo ki aage kabhi ac system me leakage hone pe ous leakage ko dhundhne me help karta hai” wo sub ek specific amount me automatically fill kr deta hai…

Actually you need to watch the video again, Fan doesn’t moves at high speed continuously. Ac was on for around 25-30 minutes. And sir, fan does change it’s speed. Obviously video has been trimmed, it contains mostly that part when fan was at it’s full speed.
Talking about injector washer, yes sir you got it absolutely correct. Washer of 3rd injector needs to be replaced☺️
