How did you create such beautiful Halation? Promist 1 or something similar/ plugin in in davinci maybe? extremely well done. looking forward to a breakdown. Thanks!
@@SkyPathProductions so I was actually lifting my son from the ground. It was more of a pan left out of the swing shot and pan left and up into him on my shoulders. That consistency of motion.
This was really heartfelt and to the point, Trent! These short films are some of the best projects to look back on as time passes! A very underrated part of our skillset. A lot of this was handheld, so I’m curious, was the Fujifilm rigged up? Those running shots looked really good for handheld! I also loved the soft filtration. Great work, bro! Can’t wait for the next one. 🤟🏽
Thank you, Jared! Yes, these intentional short films are some of the best pieces to produce and keep. The Fuji only had a top handle and monitor on it. Jordan did a great job with the handheld shots, getting enough natural clean movement. I'll do a breakdown video with Jordan in the next week or so. stay tuned!
Would love to see the break down :)
Coming in about a week! Stay tuned
absolutely beautiful Trent.... made me feel some type of way
🥺 thank you! That was our goal.
so nice
Thank you!

Thanks! Jordan uses Dehancer in Davinci. We’ll discuss it on the breakdown coming this week 🤙🏻
Great short film definitely need a break down video on how it was shot and edited
Working on it! Will drop in about a week
I’m in tears. Excellent job!!
Man I appreciate you sharing that! So glad it connected. Thanks for watching
Very nice! Love the color and transitions!
Thanks! Yes, the warmth of the film 👌🏻 transitions were a perfect addition. Love some intentional, in-camera transitions.
@@TrentErwin I’m curious, the one where you grabbed the child off the swing, did the camera pan back up and then down? That one was my favorite!

Loved it! Thanks for sharing. As an Xh2S owner, I’d love to hear about the process.

Absolutely! One of the next videos is going to be a breakdown of how we shot it with the Xh2S and the lighting (which was the most important part).
