भूलकर भी मत लेना, ये ज्यादा पैसे लेकर बोहोत ही घटिया furniture देते हैं और इनके flats में बारिश के समय सीलन फफूदी आने लगती है, यह लोग कंप्लेंट का भी कोई जवाब नहीं देते एक बार फ्लैट बेच देने के बाद। समझदारी इसी में है कि आप खुद का एक प्लॉट खरीदे और उस पर अपना मनचाहा घर बनाएं। मैं पहले भी फ्लैट्स के बिल्डर्स का शिकार बन चुका हूं इसलिए आपको बता रहा हूं।
उतमनगर मे सभी डीलर्स बिलडर्स बन गये हैं तथा कंक्रीट का जंगल बना दिया है पूरे उतमनगर को ।। नतो बिलडिगं पास होती है ओर न ही बिलडिगं का नकक्षा एमसीडी से पास होता है ।। बिलडिगं नतो भूकंप तथ अगनि अवरोधक होती है।। आग लगने पर भाग भी नही सकते है ।। तारों तथा मीटरों का जाल बिछा होता है ।। उतमनगर मे चोर उचक्कों तथा गुंडागर्दी का राज है ।। एक दिन घर खाली तो चोरी जरूर हो जाती है ।। भीडभाड वाला ईलाका है चलना फिरना तथा सांसा लेना तक मुसकिल हो जाता है ।। एक को कारोना हुआ तो समझो पूरी गलीकूचें तथा मुहले मे एकदम फैल जायेगा ।। न घर के अंदर सुरक्षित है ना बाहर, एसी जगह घर लेना मतलब मुसीबत मोल लेना है ।। ओर रेट दवारका से भी अधिक है ।।
