Make sure to plug the usb cable of the printer to your pc
How to fix on the set-up section? It always say's product not found on detecting printer to pc. Thanks in advance
Please try another USB cable or plug in the USB cable in another USB port in your PC/Laptop and make sure to turn on your printer.

Dear admin, while installing, the light went off. I was at the step to print the test page and the printer was showing scan smart panel app and the power turned off. Do you know where I can start again, I was connected with USB. I will really appreciate your help. I was helping parents using team viewer in India !!
