If You Only Have a Weekend in Moscow for Christmas...

Moscow during the winter used to illicit the image of an army marching back in the frozen wasteland, defeated, and freezing to death. But since I've spent two winter holiday's in Russia at this point I've come to see a much different capital than I had in my mind before I came here.
In this video I'm going over what I did as a tourist in Moscow for a single weekend (leaving out Red Square, as I've already done a Christmas video there last year). From Nikolskaya street shopping to the Pushkin museum, both old and new Arbot's and the Christ the Savior Cathedral: this is the first day in a two day series I'll complete next week where I spend the holidays showing what Moscow looks like from the ground.

I would not visit Russia as non-Russian as long as it has a special military operation in Ukraine or any other country. The risk of ending up object in a prisoner trade negotiation is too great.
