To lodge a planning appeal with the Environment, Resources and Development Court of South Australia you need to complete a Notice of appeal form. The Court cannot give you legal advice or tell you what to write in your appeal form. You may contact the Court for a list of South Australian law firms that regularly appear before it if you want to find a lawyer to complete the notice of appeal for you.
