I really love this scene. Shiyi is slowly showing Lingyi that she's falling in love with him. I love Lingyi. He's a smart man. He's using this moment to get closer to his wife. He owes Zhun a huge debt of gratitude for creating an opening for him. This is such a sweet moment. The way he looks at her is breathtakingly beautiful. His love for her is shown in every look and in every touch. I love him. Zhun is so adorable. He's telling all their business...lol Lianfang's face is priceless. She needed to see him happy...it's poetic justice for all the crap she put Shiyi through...They're perfect together.

Honestly I think he knew exactly what/who he wanted a long time ago but didn't know how to go about it. He didn't have much of a choice when it came to his marriage. Even Shiyi was chosen for him by his late wife. Although she chose Shiyi to safeguard her son it worked out in the end. She was exactly what he needed. The best part was watching him defying his mother in order to protect her. Zhun was the best wing man EVER.

Zhun created the perfect opportunity for them to sleep together as a family. Lingyi was content. The look on his face spoke volumes.He finally had Shiyi in his arms/she wasn't trying to run away. Pure Perfection

If he would've kept holding her the way he originally started to he might've been a little bit more comfortable. She was giving him the green light to hold her when she took his arm/laid on it. He was very content. The look on his face was pure joy. He was finally close to her.
