"Getting hurt is unavoidable; but staying hurt is a choice." (Jonathan's Mephibosheth = means in Hebrew, "Shame Destroyer"). Love this! "Sanctified, Justified" ... in the name of Jesus.
Like everyone remembers the "woman with the issue of blood." Jesus called her back to call her, "Daughter!" The only woman he calls "Daughter," and yet we tend to only remember by her old shame & condition? He called her back to make sure she knew her new Name in Him = DAUGHTER! ❤ She knew she'd been healed by touching His hem, the dirtiest part of His clothing, but she was sneaking off like she was "bad." He healed her from her physical condition stigma & FREED her from the stigma & years of mental/ emotional abuse from others ... because in Christ, we are New Creations!
Ah, "this is the Power of the God who calls you by Name." Wow! Thank you, Sir!
