Yes, you can, and the loop will continue to run as long as the form stays open. I have used it in my school management software, and it works perfectly.

No not exactly, you can shorten the loop. I used 800000 because if you decided to use pictures instead of text in the scroll, it stops halfway through when you execute the program.
