NICE JOB. I grew up on a farm in Nebraska and the neighbor had a straight pipe on his G. Dad said he could hear him start the G in the morning. Another neighbor ( I think he used a 70) liked to plow at night, so with my bedroom widow open I could listen to him plow until I went to sleep.
*Sad Fact:* Thanks to modern emissions compliance, our modern farming equipment is now close to, if not now worse, for using as much fuel per unit of meaningful work done as these old machines were at their worst back in the day. There's a reason engine manufacturers stopped listing the HP Hours/Gallon (KWh/ Liter) numbers when emissions compliance started. The numbers for fuel efficiency got so bad no engine manufacturer dared to show them.
Put that first plow in the ground and cover the furrow. The G will handle it and the plowing will look better. Maybe it is the International plow though.
My 70 or 730 sound good, but this takes the cake. Have heard this sound all my life, and at age 82, its the sound of the best music.
The G sounds good ideling too. This is my uncle's 1947 G. We were balling hay.

I was introduced to the putt putts since I was about 10 years old I'm no 68 and still love them as if I was still 10
It takes a special breed of farmer to listen to a Johnny popper.
You can always tell the distinct sound of a G big cubes. They are throaty
