Well while it may be powerful they kinda work against each other one rewinds time up to five minutes in the past and when in use the future is never in danger while the rabbit lets you go back in time which can damage the past and future if not used carefully and sass when he uses his power without a holder he can go back to any temporal marker and that whole future that happened gets wiped never happening so if you were to combine them it would be to much to worry about it's why they haven't done it yet

This unification of Nooroo and Tikki has 2 different outcomes. In the episode 'Deflagration' when Monarch fused the 2 miraculouses he became Monarchbug (the official name of this form). However, when Ladybug fused the 2 miraculouses in Miraculous World: Paris - Tales of Shadybug and Claw Noir she became Ladyfly.
