I know that I have already recommended tons of songs and bands, but I really have to mention one more band - Mägo De Oz - that I'm kinda sure you would like and I will tell you why. They sing in Spanish and I know you like Spanish language. They have flute and violin in the band and it is what makes them different, but their music is much softer, it is more like Nightwish. They are the most famous heavy metal band singing in Spanish. In Spain and Latin America they are huge. And they exist for decades, so it only proves how big and good they are. So, if this sounds interesting, I really encourage you to check their music. I will leave the link for their most famous song that they always end their concerts with (it's a live performance) and I think you would really have fun with it, but they have a lot of very beautiful songs, as well as lyrics.
