I learned flare from you falcrow cool guys years ago and was able to do 17 continues flares and other powermoves, but I have to stop because of my responsibilities in life lol I can still do flares but 3 to 5 only :3 I am happy that I learned flares by watching your previous tutorials like a thousand times lol Thank you!
Dipende.. non è detto, nel video dove mostro gli esercizi del Thomas vedi che si può fare anche molto lento usando solo la forza e la tecnica e poco la spinta, ci sono diversi tipi di approcci :)

My problem is that my right leg bends at the end of the flare(when Im close to getting back at the starting position) Im spinning clockwise. 😂😂😂
Yeah is very normal, focus more on keeping it straight :) the exercises I made in the Flare Exercises video will help you :)
