Hi Tewan, is it possible to insert a photo right from the web cam to an access form? I have a small access application that record the access (in and out) to the job site, and I would like to take a snap shot of all visitors through the web cam and that photo should be stored directly in the database through the form. How can you integrate the login user name to track change in database records? Each change in record has to be recorded with the corresponding user name.
Hi Austin, I have developed a login form in access 2010 with multiple login facility. The issue is , how could 2 user side by side login into the form and fill the form accordingly.
If you have time or you already explore it. How can you force closed a database while other user are still log in to do maintenance or do edits. Or send a pop message to user to log out.

I am constructing a database for afterschool care sign in and out. The dilemna is some families will have multiple logins because they have several children enrolled at the school. Can I allow multiple students to be logged in without having multiple logins. How do I allow the entire family to be logged in with one login? Any suggestions from anyone?

the easy way is track user login and know who is loggin in at this time. then email to those users.
