Hi Philbert, sure. After you set up a route find it in the list view. (right click show list -> static) In the list view find column 'AllVehTypes' and untick the box. This will make 'VehClasses' column available to edit. You can select there what vehicle classes you want this route to be applicable for.
how to add the real data collected on field for simulation and is there any option to check the lateral displacement distance between the vehicle and tracing the path of vehicles like in real world
Hi, the easiest way to add traffic is shown in this video: th-cam.com/video/LVO10-QAbb0/w-d-xo.html I am not fully sure what you are asking in terms of lateral displacement. Are you looking for info on how Vissim deals with lane changes and lateral distances between vehicles, or multiple vehicles in the same lane? Or maybe swept path analysis? Or how to define the routes vehicles take through the modelled network? Like 10 turns left, 20 right, 30 through? Please elaborate in a bit more detail
Thank you. You are always helping out with VISSIM
Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much dear Mr. Matyas.
Thanks for watching!
These videos offer great assistance to us. Thank you
I was wondering how can someone assign different vehicle types to different routing decisions.
