F1 main frame and all it’s options are My Favorite pack system. If in any way y’all have a M1 Carrier frame laying around anyplace I would love to get my hands on one. I should have done it years ago when y’all still made them. Want a dark earth but I will not be picky. I have an extra belt too.

Thanks for the great comment. We are going to be looking at the M1 again and may have something by end of next year!

@@Eberlestock that’s great news. It has its place for sure. Some days I need the frame but not the shelf. Two great frame packs. I can’t wait. I keep watching all the sales sites and pages for anyone getting rid of an M1. Haha

If Eberlestock packs came in Kryptek Highlander, I'm not sure I would use any other brand...
Kryptek Mandrake, Desert Tiger, Pencott Badlands, Sandstorm and Snowdrift, basically in that order, are the other patterns I use most.

Is it possible to get a description and/or video of how he transitioned buckles from the vapor to the frame?

Check out our EMOD series parts 3 and 4 for in depth Vapor information and switching the buckles!

One of the cool things I like to do with the f one mainframe when i'm glassing I will flip it upside down and use the backside as my glassing seat it elevates you off the cold wet ground So you will be setting on the back side of the load shelf

I wish it could free stand on the ground like the Tatonka system.

I find it odd you don’t say what pack failed you. You should say. I strictly use Barney’s pack. Made in America and designed for Alaska.

I won’t lie though, I do like the system and that it’s over built. Can’t ever have a pack to tough. Especially is you have a grizz chomping on it lol

Too bad when I got my mainframe, I didn't know there was a large. only used it a few times. uncomfortable is a understatement. To bad, well made.
