I’m 7 minutes in and I must say this has to be the most amazing talk i’ve ever heard. I am struck with immense emotion and heartache for all the moments i’ve lost my way and disrespected my parents. I’m not a muslim but Inshallah I seek to become one in the future and i’ve never felt like this close to God and agreed with the teachings of a religion

Oh yaa Rabbi yaa Allah give my father quick shifa( recovery) amen.
My father is sick of stroke he couldn't talk since 2017 27 June I think It was his last day of ramadan when he prayed maqrib he eats his iftar and he got choked and he coughed then his blood pressure got up and stroke hit him from the right side. We did our best and took him a neurology hospital. He became ok but couldn't speak. Now he is in Nairobi. The stroke hit him from the left side the night which unbelievers call happy new year they fired cricket almost every where, around where my father was, he scared and stroke got him again. Please make dua for my father and all Muslims. I remember my dad every Ramadan he used to compete the holly Quran 3 times. He used to compete reciting the whole kitab in every ten days of ramadan. And his qiyamulayl was outstanding masha Allah.

Wish it was that easy
A mother loves her children no matter what.. I cry rivers of tears simply because my children were brain washed against me...all I want is one minute if their day, week, month, or year...not even a simple reply to a text message..it hurts beyond belief... but Allah has a plan! I can't lose hope and keep forgiving even as I cry myself to sleep!!!

وَلَا تَنكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكَاتِ حَتَّىٰ يُؤْمِنَّ ۚ وَلَأَمَةٌ مُّؤْمِنَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِّن مُّشْرِكَةٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ ۗ وَلَا تُنكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ حَتَّىٰ يُؤْمِنُوا ۚ وَلَعَبْدٌ مُّؤْمِنٌ خَيْرٌ مِّن مُّشْرِكٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكُمْ ۗ أُولَٰئِكَ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى النَّارِ ۖ وَاللَّهُ يَدْعُو إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَالْمَغْفِرَةِ بِإِذْنِهِ ۖ وَيُبَيِّنُ آيَاتِهِ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ (221)
May be next time when you talk about marriage, you should consider and include this Aya
Please make dua for my children who are 7 and 4. Make dua they are respectful well mannered to me and their dad. It’s hard as nowadays kids don’t listen and we feel stressed out especially in this time and age it’s hard to raise them as how we got raised

Subhanallah I came here to learn how to be kind to my parents but I also learned how to be kind as a parent ( not married yet though).
As I am a singel mother and raised my kids and got them married with all good settle life, alhamdulillah, but they are not caring me and, not talking any good way.

My mother has been sick since she got covid January 2021.. So far, he has been hospitalized several times. I live in a different country with my mother, and that makes me sad, stressed, my friends told me that I’m look like a confused.. Every time I remember my Mom, i’m in tears. I am in big dilemma, coz I am here to work, to provide my Mom & my sibling. I never stop ask Allah in my pray show me the way, what I should done.. It was a very difficult decision, especially in my home country, finding a high-paying job was very difficult. Please pray for my mother's recovery. May Allah lift her disease, give her long life and make my her happy in her old age. Aameen 🤲

Thank you sir for your teachings and the motivation and inspiration you always endeavor to extend to the rest of us that sometimes are seemingly lost and hopeless. You not only bring peace and love to Muslims but to the rest of the world regardless of their religion beliefs ethnicity or background. I was moved when you asked each one of the attendants to call their parents right after there, this brought memories of my childhood of when my mother despite of losing her husband when we were little sacrificed a lot and focused on our upright bringing. Am a Christian but I enjoy your teachings more than my Christian preachers. May the almighty God provide you with more life peace good health and love. Peace be with you. Lastly I called my mother immediately after watching the video, and I must say it was a very emotional phone call. She said i have given her a reason to live. She will go for an operation latter this week. This video prompted me to say to my mother, that I love her , I appreciate her sacrifices and kindness. Thank you again sir

I know this is not the right place, but months ago I have been a victim of the same blackmailed from my own parents. I told them that i would like to marry someone who is from another ethnic, and my parents said never, that they have already found someone for me (a cousin, that I have never seen, who does not know me either). And they frightened me to choose between their decision or mine. They even started cursing me , told me that if marry the girl I want that i will never ever find peace in the rest of my life. The only crime that girl committed on this earth, is to be from another ethnic group (She is a muslim who have already finished reading Quran). Sometimes, I wondered if that was part of our religion! I finally accepted it, and pray God to save & protect them
Blackmail and racism is not Islam,it is ignorant tradition,you listen to loved ones according to pleasing Allah first.So if they abuse trust physically or mentally you do not listen to them,Allah help you to follow Allah (swt) first.
