The only thing that is allowed to listen to is Nasheeds. Nasheeds are like songs but they don’t have any musical instruments all it has is lyrics that resembles hymns that praise Allah (God):)

My 5 non-negotiables are : - Reading 1 juz' (part) from the Qur'an everyday. - going to the mosque for Taraweeh prayer once a week (as I'm extremely introvert). - Doing a number of zikr everyday (to train myself on not forgetting them after Ramadan or being lazy, zikr is highly important). - watching an Islamic/historic podcast or a lesson/lecture everyday. - training myself on not putting even one drop of makeup while I'm out the house 🗿which demands sticking to a really good daily skincare routine. Taraweeh > Training - then working throughout the day (Monday to Thursday) - probably a three times a week full body workout just to maintain and a bit of cutting

Some really good info sister. May Allah reward you immensely. Fasting actually begins at the start of Fajr prayer so it’s about an hour and a half before sunrise.
Ramadan Mubarak! I’m so glad you mentioned not giving up your daily life while fasting/getting closer to our lord. Last year I wanted to continue to go to the gym during Ramadan but I felt pressured to solely focus on watching lectures and making prayers on time. This year, I’m dedicated to incorporating both fitness and religious goals in my day to day routines P.S guys please listen to Leana and do NOT train while fasting 😂 go in the morning or after your break your fast.
Really enjoyed this video. A friend of mine spoke to me a bit Islam about a month or so ago and was kind enough to invite me to listen to them speak at a local masjid about Ramadan. After listening to them I made the decision to recite the Shahada before joining the group for Quran study. As I know very little Arabic something’s have been a struggle, but Inshallah I’ll put the pieces together.
I will make sure that I’m still making every prayer time & just sitting there and making dua ❤ try to keep the same routine, but do very light movement and try to eat lots of nutritious meals and hydrate!

You should try, lots of non Muslims do Ramadan for the physical and spiritual benefits they get- and if it will give you some clarity then definitely give it a go ❤️
Definitely try fasting in Ramadan. The benefits are amazing- not just religiously but also mentally and physically. Look into religion with an open heart and u will find peace
I dont want to overshare here but WH- Im in awe I got told that there was this girl on youtube who 'talks' like you and when i checked your content out i was in awe, i was in the middle of making a routine for ramadan and i decided on monk mode so i wrote my non negotiables down but i couldnt figure out how to time block stuff so i gave up on that since time strict routines and i dont age too well, anyways i feel like Allah helped in in so many aspects through your content and i am so looking forward- Im honestly speechless SubhanAllah!!
