My Nana (maternal grand-father) used to travel on this line from Sialkot to Jammun for his job in Jammun. He matriculated in 1923 and was a Post &Telegraph department employee. Retired in 1965 & died in 1983 in Karachi. He used to share his memories of this line and even road from Sialkot to Jammun. A few times he (as he said) travelled by bicycle from Sialkot to Jammun and back ................ This coverage reminded me these incidents.

My father had slept in the station for so many times before 1947 ,when ever he missed train for Jammu.I have heard so many stories about cantt station .He told me how some times he had to travel up to suchetgarh whenever he missed the train .Iam very very thankful for showing the view of the station .For your info Dogra soldiers have not killed even a single civilian .A lot of propaganda was done about Dogra valiant soldiers .please check the facts. Dogra doesn't mean only Hindus there were muslims and Sikhs to in the JK Dogra Army.

He always curse Zinnah and held him responsible for partition.... He used to say after death, if he will search for Zinnah in Hell and will kill him again and again and again
It was nehru and Hindu biassness with Muslims that was reason of partition and not Jinnah. Read history and you will come to know that Jinnah was ready to be part of one India provided congress accepts Muslim states in the form of Indian confederation but Nehru refused. Until 1937 Jinnah was in congress.

I'm from Sialkot and I have been to RS pura border once from Pakistan side, I'm very curious to know about Jammu side of boarder, I always get excited whenever I go to Sialkot-Jammu road, my grandparents were migrated from Jammu. I really want to visit Indian side of border.

I have seen videos on other channels like The Panjabi Lehre, Sanjha Panjab etc and came to the conclusion that our ancestors may be residents of Jalandhar, Jammu, Sialkot used to live in peaceful, harmonious atmosphere. But, the real inventor of the "two-nation"theory on the basis of religion was someone else. Jinnah adopted it only later to fulfil his political ambitions. We are from Bhadarwah, in Jammu and Kashmir. The family of my Late Nana Ji's sister lives near Ram Talai Road, Sialkot. The name of their house is Nadeem Manzil. They used to be owners of a leather goods factory till some years back. But destiny had something else for them, and they became a struggling middleclass family. Don't know how they are doing now.

I have seen videos on other channels like The Panjabi Lehre, Sanjha Panjab etc and came to the conclusion that our ancestors may be residents of Jalandhar, Jammu, Sialkot used to live in peaceful, harmonious atmosphere. They had lot of love, affection for their fellow citizens irrespective of their religions. It was only Jinnah backed by The English forced division of our Subcontinent and as a result people had to face unimaginable suffering due to comunal roits and migrations. Please continue to make such vlogs to spread the fragrance of love and affection among people in our Subcontinent. Please remember we have same DNA irrespective of our different religions. Thanks.
Yes,Jinnah is known to be the supporter of "two-nation theory" which led to the tragic division of the subcontinent. But, the real inventor of the "two-nation"theory on the basis of religion was someone else. Jinnah adopted it only later to fulfil his political ambitions. Please read the history of 'two-nation' theory, everything will be clear.

Though someone else had invented two nations theory, but used thoroughly to achieve his dirty goal to divide Subcontinent. The other main shortcoming was that only nine percent population of subcontinent was educated. Jinnah even advocated that dacoits like Mehmood Ghajni, Lodhis, Khiljis were heroes of Muslims. Moreover Jinnah instigated comunal roits by repeatedly advocating two nations theory.
Now we can't undo the past, but we can live like two good Neighbors like the Europeans. Thanks.

I support the 2 nation theory but am definitely not happy with the brutal way Brits let it happen. They used to be owners of a leather goods factory till some years back. But destiny had something else for them, and they became a struggling middleclass family.
