I never thought Gungrave would ever get a sequel. It gives me hope for a Godhand sequel or at least a remaster. Also, is it me or the japanese videogame industry is going through some sort of Renaissance period. I see a lot of classics making awesome comebacks lately.

Well, I know what game just jumped to the top of my list for things I'm looking forward to. I fell in love with the Gungrave anime originally, then went and checked out the games which were a blast. The fact that this exists is one of the most pleasant surprises I've had in a very long time......
Man, this is a huge step up from Gungrave VR. I thought they'd use the designs from that game, but nope. They decided to put everything they can on this one and I love it.

Fine with me. Few games are perfect, and this never-ending quest for is ridiculous. Let's just enjoy the game, even if it has flaws. I'd rather have a 30 FPS game that actually looks like it's from this gen than bland visuals with 60FPS.
@@badcp455 why choose, with this game you can have both. Well judging from the gameplay they showed the 30fps isn't as much a guarantee as the bland visuals.
Their problem. People should not expect high scores from Gungrave games. They've always been quality mid-tier trash. And all things considered - they are not supposed to be anything else.
I watched the entire anime (and loved it), played and beat both Gungrave games, and even I would have given the games average reviews, lol. There's just something about the games where the cinematics and art style is awesome, but the devs always coast on the gameplay, and this trailer doesn't change my mind.

Zaraki Kampachi the developers said that they were gonna delay it this year to make it look more “cool and badass” and I’m pretty sure they’re upgrading the graphics.

Borderlands 3 is cell shaded as well and I can tell that it is from the curent generation. @chris villatoro same, though i wish they would use the cellshaded graphics or something similar from the ps2 games, gave it more personality and style and wouldnt make it look like a "generation late"
Zaraki Kampachi the developers said that they were gonna delay it this year to make it look more “cool and badass” and I’m pretty sure they’re upgrading the graphics.
@Mark Lucchese im not saying it should look like the ps2 games, im saying that it would be nice if it had the cell shaded look. Borderlands 3 is cell shaded as well and I can tell that it is from the curent generation. By having the cell shading they wouldnt need to be too concerned with realistic graphics and keep the Style of the og
after plaing every borderlands game and even borderlands 2 VR i cant see shell shading anymore for a long time.
