I'm looking forward to watching your channel grow as your business continues to see success! I haven't purchased an embroidery machine yet so I still use my Brother sewing machine to embroider. Meanwhile I will continue to learn from you! Thank you for all you do 😊
+Stephanie Grams Thank you! 😁 Wow! Embroidery by sewing machine? Don't know that I would have the patience for that. 😄 I do use the Brother SE400 which is a sewing machine as well, but I strictly use it for embroidery. Let me know when you take the leap! ☺
congrats on the new grandbaby!!!! you are so awesome and I pray the Most High continues to bless you and your business. Please remember to take the time to REST!! :-)
Rhonda CW 😙😙😙 Thank you Rhonda! He has been, indeed! I wake up everyday, and he has sent me the most FANTABULOUS viewers like you! 💗 I do try to rest. I even took off today and spent 2 hours in Joann' s fabric store browsing and enjoying myself. 😉
I just found your videos and wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your time to educate everyone on using sew what pro as well as tecniques. You are a very good teacher and I have learned a lot from you. Again thank you!
This was such an informative video. I really appreciate the tip about setting the default to save in my format. So many times I've forgotten to change to the Hus format when I save. Now I don't have to worry about that.
Thank you I knew nothing about this Default settings area. Thanks this one I will be watching quite often. You know i am a subscriber! You are very appreciated.
You're very welcome! 😃 You'd be surprised how many people don't know the default settings. Who wants to read a manual? LOL! 😆 Thank you for letting me know it was helpful.
Thank you so much I love Sew What Pro, I've also purchased Sew Art and I'm enjoying playing around with it. Congratulations on the new grand baby! And take care of yourself you're too precious to be out of commission. You are in my prayers.
Cathey Kaiser Thank you! 😚 I appreciate your comment! I have yet to video and tackle Sew Art. Hey! Maybe you could do videos on it. 😄 The Sew What suite is totally awesome!
I agree wholeheartedly! I think my next purchase will be the SewIconz so I can find things more easily. Its amazing how quickly all the digital designs add up lol
+Cathey Kaiser Yaaaas! My designs have become like an obsession! 😂😂😂 I stopped counting at 1700. 😁 SewIconz is VERY handy for finding your designs fast. 👌🏽
Great SWP info. I will watch it again. Loads of stuff to learn. SWP is my next purchase. I've been procrastinating. Lol. Thanks, Eve. Glad you've had so much business success. Congrats, too, on your new g'child!! 💕
Thank you! Thank you for this info and the tip to use comment section for fonts name ❤ However, the grid snap doesn't highlight when I click on Do sew what pro sends updates on their software?
😃 Once you learn it, it IS easy! I will champion you all the way. You just have to be sure to have the TIME to sit and take your time to learn it. Once you do, you'll breeze thru it just as easily. AND, if you find that some of the settings aren't sticking in your memory, just make a few sticky notes to post around the computer screen! 😀
At the top of my program, I do not have a view buttons file buttons, and don’t know how to get to see them. The first item I have is the little icon that says new can you please help me thank you.
Well... I will admit that I considered it. Then, I decided not to. It would be lovely to have an account there, however I wanted to keep the channel purely "for the love of it" driven! If someone were to "contribute" then so be it. But to have an account somewhere where I am specifically asking for donations or funding, I just didn't think it fit me. I could be wrong, however I have the COOLEST viewers and a few have given advice, materials, and support so I feel good about where I am right now. 🙂 I do plan to offer merchandise (coffee mugs & Shirts). Hopefully that'll help me achieve a few other goals! Thank you for mentioning Patreon. It lets me know that you feel I should have it and that REALLY means a lot to me!!! ❤
The alphabet in icons no longer shows up in alphabetical order. The alphabet is random. Is there a setting that will fix this problem? In the file saved on my computer, they are in alphabetical order. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Hello, I came across your video today while searching my options to want to purchase the Sew What Pro software program. I have just recently purchased the Brother SE625 sewing machine and looking for an editing program I can use with it. The disc of 200 designs that came with the machine I wanted to look at on my computer but can't find a file format to open them with, do I need a software program installed on my computer in order to view those designs before loading them on my machine? Thank you for taking the time to teach your viewers thorough lessons and making it so easy to understand. I look forward to new lessons you come up with! :) Also, some other videos I have found by other people use both Sew Art and Sew What Pro, do I need to look into purchasing both of these programs to have my editing of future projects?
If all you wish to do is edit, then Sew What Pro is the program you want. If you later wish to turn pictures into embroidery designs, then Sew Art is the program you can use. Also, if you wish to see thumbnails of the files before opening them in Sew What Pro, then you will want to give Sew Iconz a try. All three have a trial version you can use. Thank you for watching our videos!
I need help. When I am designing in Sew What pro it deletes off the computer, the fonts I am using and what I have saved. It has happened so many times. It even deleted what I saved on my share drive. Help please.
Cyn Forest No it doesn't. SWP has a sister program called SewIconz ($25) that is a thumbnailer, and SewCat ($40) is the other sister program that helps with catalogue organization. The links are: SewIconz sandscomputing.com/products-shop/sewiconz-embroidery-iconizer-thumbnailer/ SewCat sandscomputing.com/products-shop/sewcat-embroidery-cataloguer/
You will need to check your email that you used to purchase the software. That is where your code was emailed to. If you don't see it in your inbox, check the spam.
Clipart pictures are not used in SWP. You are able to import embroidery design files, so if you create an embroidery design in Sew Art from a clipart picture, that is the file you would work with in Sew What Pro.
Congratulations on your new Grandbaby!
A1Granna 😄 Thank you!!! 👶💗
Love your tutorials ... you do them so well. I hope you get paid for them...
TH-cam does pay for the ads and such, so there is a bit of income from the videos. Thank you!
This was the most helpful video I have found for Sewwhat Pro. You were very through without being too wordy. Thank YOU!
You are welcome Briar Patch! I try to not talk too much because I know that I do at times! 😄

Isn't that funny how for us crafty people just walking the fabric aisles can help us decompress/destress....LOL ...... I do that sometimes too :-)
+Rhonda CW Yaaaaas! With nobody rushing me?! Wooosah!

Thank you for the great info on Sew What Pro. Thinking about a purchase..
I had no idea how to set the defaults. After a year+ you would think I would have figured it out, but your video is extremely helpful. TYTYTY
You're very welcome! 😃 You'd be surprised how many people don't know the default settings. Who wants to read a manual? LOL! 😆 Thank you for letting me know it was helpful.

Do sew what pro sends updates on their software?
Yes, they do have updates on their software. Just go into "Help" and "AutoUpdate"
Love your videos. I love the way you explain things!!!
+Barbara Greenwell I really appreciate your feedback! Thank you for watching the videos and for letting me know they are helpful. ❤👍🏽
Thank you so much for your videos...You make it seems so easy...
😃 Once you learn it, it IS easy! I will champion you all the way. You just have to be sure to have the TIME to sit and take your time to learn it. Once you do, you'll breeze thru it just as easily. Oh also how do I get a copy of all three of your baby bib patterns? I have not seen the plastic you used to encase them, yet!
I agree...you're the best
Thank you for the great tutorial!! I wish more products had something like this! Great product, too! SO easy to use and super affordable.
And congratulations on your new grandbaby!!
This is a great tutorial, Thank you. Can you show me or tell me how to associate the default email?
+Dorothy Rodophele Well, not sure on that one.
Same question
This was an excellent review for us newbies! You’re the Best Eve!!💖
You're welcome! I need to do more 🙈
At the top of my program, I do not have a view buttons file buttons, and don’t know how to get to see them. The first item I have is the little icon that says new can you please help me thank you.
What a great video, Eve! I just purchased SWP and this tutorial helped so much! A Big Thank-YOU to You!
This video was extremely helpful. I appreciate that you went through the default settings. Will you do a video on the appliqué cutter function.
+Wanda Hayter I will add that to the SWP video "to do" list! 👌🏽 Thank you for your feedback. 😊
Thank you for all your help? Do you have a patreon account? If you don't you should look into it!

Does SWP act as a Thumbnailer?? I'm struggling trying to decide how to file, save, organize all these new embroidery files I'm accumulating. Thanks

The Baby's Booty Thank you!
I just purchased the sew what pro digitizing program for $65 And did not receive it what should I do
You will need to check your email that you used to purchase the software. That is where your code was emailed to. If you don't see it in your inbox, check the spam.
@@TheBabysBooty The only thing that I see is the serial number
I just downloaded SWP. Do you have a video on how to copy and paste a clipart pic? i have been using Sew art for about a yr.
Clipart pictures are not used in SWP. You are able to import embroidery design files, so if you create an embroidery design in Sew Art from a clipart picture, that is the file you would work with in Sew What Pro.
The Baby's Booty thank you
