Dynamic microphones are basically just tiny speakers used as microphones. Although not exactly the same, there are some major differences between the two, I think piezoelectric mics are sort of maybe close cousins to the condenser microphone. One of the most common microphones used recognized by it's wonderful audio quality they produce. Both piezoelectric tweeters and condenser microphones are basically usually two metal plates and one vibrates against the other creating change in electrical resistance, but they do have some key differences, I don't think a condenser microphone could be used as a speaker, but I could be wrong.
