Thankyou for these videos they help me out a great deal ……. One question though, how do you get your screen layout like that ? The main image window being the main part of the screen ? I can’t seem to shrink down the log section at the bottom and hence my main image pain is half the size …..
It's based on your screen size. I remote into my mini pc and have a 27" monitor. When I do it from my laptop it is a much smaller & a more "crowded" view.
I would still use a final inwards move, even a small value (100-150) may help. The standard Q-focuser has "some backlash" while QHY says the high precision version has "Almost zero backlash" so there may still be a little backlash there. You don't really know until you test for yourself - have a video on that subject coming soon. Hoping to get a high precision version in the next few month to test for myself.
Thank you for all the hard work, I have always had trouble with this.
Glad it helps.
Excellente vidéo...génial...👍👍👍👍👋👋👋👋

Thank you so much

@@SCAmateurAstro ah ok thanks…… was driving myself mad trying to find how to change it 🙄
I have a QHY Q-focuser which has zero backlash. Should I do a final inwards move or not?

@@SCAmateurAstroI’m curious to see your settings on that focuser.
