@@AnonEMus-cp2mn Don't forget the part where you have to storm the Underground Tunnels beneath the housing (just before reaching the Sewers level, in the center of the city)... not 1 A.I. would dare enter until you've completely cleaned it out. Freaked me out a long time ago, due to how dark it was, and how I was forced to clear it. Alone. I remember a few times when I spent hours pushing Benny into the tunnels, letting him get shot, and trigger his A.I. to finally get moving. Usually resulted in me having no health left, but once checkpointed (didn't know about that until I was older), it became a whole new war for me.
The voice actor for the player character (Carlyle) is the same one as Brynjolf (Skyrim), Clovix (Clone Wars) and the Northern lad in Tomb Raider 2013. Great to finally hear some proper Northern accents in the British forces, Starkey (Johnson from Acca Dacca) is a Geordie lad.
I was like the same thing I like holy shit i didn’t know lead singer Brian Johnson from AC/DC voice acted sgt starkey and also the guy who does the narrating in the game is the all state guy i didn’t even know about that too
I was just doing some research into Popski's Private Army, as I reenact them, and I suddenly found out they were actually in a COD game, I had no idea about that before. Unfortunately, not a brilliant representation of Popski's. They never wore webbing, because they were mostly in vehicles, and in their words "we have pockets". They also never wore putties, or gaters, because one guy got his caught in the wheels of a jeep. Every member of Popski's always carried a pistol, even to the bathroom. This was so well enforced, that even when no where near combat, a soldier was prevented to going to the toilet before he grabbed his pistol. There were also no privates in Popski's, everyone was trained as an officer, possibly to sergeant standard, but don't quote me on that.
Nah, this is Popski's, not the SAS. They had similar, but different roles during the war, PPA attacked fuel reserves, while the SAS directly targetted grounded aircraft.
I only play the Eastern front, because ps2 CD always break and my mom won't let me buy more. But now when I try to download the game, I can't seem to find a copy of it.
It would be better if there was another mission where can use the sticky bombs and landmines. You can also destroy the caches with sticky bombs and Stielhandgranate.
I won't blame people if their skill level is low, it's just some people are natural talented and some aren't. But your skill just irritates me. It's like you aren't even trying to play the game, you are just pushing through the game to get the video done and don't care about the rest. But nice work. I can't seem to find any that has no commentary.
"Carlyle, use yer sicky bombs on that Panzer!"
I'll be hearing that in my head until the day I die.
HahHAHAHA
Same here
I remember playing this as a kid. One of my favorite mission of all time. I've always been fascinated with the SAS/desert rats.
🇬🇧🇺🇸
Rat
Same this is my favorite mission
Yeah this and the Russian campaign were brilliant
My favorite were the ones I. The desert outpost and not one step back, that speech just hypes you up man

Bowens92 oh hey it's the old man again
ffs u again
Bowens92 "only because it was?" What?
it's so weird to say 'this is my youth' when you see WW2 footage even though you're 17 years old.
Fun fact, Sgt Starkey is voiced by Brian Johnson from AC/DC.
Holy fuck!! 😱
And the narrator is the all state guy
in 2:30 there is a line from the Jailbreak song: "Spotlights, sirens, rifles firing
But he made it out
With a bullet in his back"
wah i love how brian johnson is here, hes got a lovely voice n accent
I played this shit when I was like 5 now I'm 18, holy shit the memories
Bro same
xTDx Swagg sameeeee
SAME
same bro
A bit late, but same man
Having Brian Johnson in a character call of duty is way better Nicki Minaj self insert in a warzone game
I swear every mission in this game was hard.
Nothing can match the impossible task of defending the M1 Howitzer from the entire city! It took us years to beat that mission.
It was a great game, but yes, it was a bastard to complete.

@@MLPIceberg same my friend😁
This game is obnoxious
I kind of love how THICC the rifles are, I mean look at them!
I know right? 😊❤
no, just no...
this is the first call of duty I had and I still love it for old memories
Russia: One bullet takes down a German soldier.
Africa: German soldiers shrug off bullets like their oversized mosquitoes.
America: bullets bounce off Germans.
seeing the lee enfield being reloaded by magazine makes me scream in my head "WRONG!"
It's not wrong per say. The Lee Enfield can be reloaded by stripper clip or by changing magazines.
it is possible, i just dont think anyone actually did that
Bruh
Shit, i used to play this back in 2006 , time flies..

I lost 2 good controllers to this game. if this and the next campaign weren't so damn hard, I would keep this game.
The all state guy and Brian Johnson from AC/DC in one video game? Sweet
Way better than having Nicki Minaj in the franchise
Thats Brian Johnson I never realized that before
HOLY FUCKING SHIT, Sgt Starkey is Brian Johnson of ACDC. What the actual fuck, only realised this now after like 18 fucking years
I was like the same thing I like holy shit i didn’t know lead singer Brian Johnson from AC/DC voice acted sgt starkey and also the guy who does the narrating in the game is the all state guy i didn’t even know about that too
🇬🇧 played it when i was little, this mission was fun AF and one if my favorites of Finest Hour. British campaign is awesome
2:49 UhTAAAACK!
C4? Don't they mean COMP B? C4 wasn't designed and produced until 1956...
That did baffled me honestly that the mentioned C4 in WW2.

Press 2:49 for A TAAAAACK
My favourite game when I was a kid
Call of Duty Finest Hour is an Amazing Call of Duty Game.
The OG SAS before they became the SAS we know
Nah, this is Popski's, not the SAS. They had similar, but different roles during the war, PPA attacked fuel reserves, while the SAS directly targetted grounded aircraft.
yes yi.from ballard huhson.
Thanks for posting the vids. Major nastalgia 🤟😭
that's how u do british missions in north africa dice, not making a hollywood movie starring billy fucking bridger
Sgt Starkey looks like captain Price
Awesome
They should put Tiger 131 as an easter egg to this mission.
My favorite part is where he goes woops
I only play the Eastern front, because ps2 CD always break and my mom won't let me buy more. But now when I try to download the game, I can't seem to find a copy of it.
This unit is the precursor to the British SAS.
Gostei 😍😘❤

I hated that part with the damn tanks, i playing again and i am stuck again
Completed the game 15 years a go, forgot how that mission was on hard
this reminds me of sniper elite 3
I used to think the sticky bomb icon was a lollipop
I played this in like 2010

The Battle of Kasserine in North Africa: Tunisia 🇹🇳❤
This level was the most difficult I played
Haha in reality you can use the ammo from the mp40 for the sten you can't use the ammo in games
Yo i don't remember this game being this easy
right?
This level is so obnoxious
This is going to be like vanguard
This mission is literally impossible and that is why I hate this game
It's not that difficult if you know what you're doing. We'll have to get together sometime, I'll teach you. Right, old buddy? Old pal?
