we were just in Woodstock Georgia last week visiting family and are going to move to Georgia in about a year to two years from now and we looked at Laurel Canyon in Canton And what a joke they want $200-$300 K for just a lot premium on a few lots that they have left which aRE BEAUTIFUL BY THE WAY BUT COME ON THATS RIDICULOUS !! So the house starts at $650 K then you add the lot premium on top of that so your talking just about a million dollars to be in a regular neighborhood with a 2600 square foot ranch that is crazy !!

Regarding the job in Atlanta, what if you're a remote worker and your job is not necessarily tied to where you live? How does that affect a loan?

If you’re an employee (not independent contractor), and your employer puts something in writing that states you can work in any state, the lender will have no problem approving the loan.
