- In a small, remote village, Razia, a young and independent woman, decides to dig a well for sewage in her yard. She knows very well that proper sewage management is a basic need to maintain the health and well-being of her family. Given the lack of sanitation facilities in the area, digging this well can help improve the quality of life for her and her family. But this task is difficult for her alone and she needs help.
In the meantime, Hadi, a villager and Razia’s friend, offers to help her with this task. With his experience in construction and well-drilling, Hadi can help Razia with this major project. He assures Razia that by working together, they can dig this well quickly and with quality. Razia welcomes this offer and their collaboration begins.
But in the meantime, Yousef, a young man in the village who is interested in Razia, notices that Razia and Hadi are working on digging a sewage well. Yousef, who wants to attract Razia's attention, decides to send Abu Talib, a local worker, to the site to help Razia and Hadi with the project. Yousef hopes that by doing so, he will impress Razia and make himself more popular in her eyes.
Razia is initially not happy with this move by Yousef and is reluctant to accept his help. She wants to do the well digging alone and with Hadi and does not want Yousef to interfere in this work. But gradually she realizes that Abu Talib needs this work and also finds out that Yousef has paid Abu Talib's salary. This makes Razia conclude that working with Abu Talib will not only help her, but also give Abu Talib a job and an income.
Understanding the needs of others and the importance of cooperation, Razia decides to let Abu Talib participate in the project. She understands that this cooperation can benefit everyone and somehow help create a sense of solidarity in the community. Eventually, Razia, Hadi, and Abu Talib work together and, with joint efforts, dig the sewage well.#Collaboration
