Commentators from the moment the draw was made, bigging it up stating it's one of the fiercest rivalries in football! Then when it kicks off, these are disgraceful scenes, we never want to see these in football again.
Coventry fan here, I worked in the area Sandwell, Tipton, Quarry Bank, Rowley Regis, etc! It's hard for anyone to separate the accents, let alone fans who go Wolves or West Brom, but for Wolves fans who celebrate in the Baggies end are either, care in the community, or like hospital food! I can understand the reaction! Neither teams should be punished. It's one of them that neither could have been prevented! It took two Wolves goals for them to be attacked, they should have been frog marched out after the first! Crap security!
Tensions are running high in this country at the moment and it doesn't take much for anger to raise its head sat at a piano or at a football match

Weird watching from Australia - we have local derbies here in Melbourne in the AFL, some with crowds of over 90,000 fans, not one bit of crowd segregation or separation, just fans from both teams sitting amongst each other. Still gets incredibly passionate, loud and banter between each other, but only a rare drunken fight amongst a small few is generally all that happens.
@@wayneperry7413 I think the reason is that here (Australia), everyone stands back and laughs at the dickheads. In the UK and USA, everyone feels the need to join in, so it quickly escalates
