Hi Shamvi, came across your channel long back and I really like your videos.
Saw one of your pics of jhumkas from the kk store. Ordered the kundan Jhumkas from them but it came damaged while shipping. Reaching them was so difficult, had to literally tag them in the insta stories and then they replied back. They told me to send back those damaged earrings and I paid extra for reshipping it back. They send me another piece and again that was damaged. Really felt very bad for their customer service and paid so much which really hurts. That store really sucks.
Actually I didn’t have an issue with them. But one of my followers also msged me regarding some issue with kk store. I did reach out to them nd they said that their a small business so it gets hard to reply to everyone; which I know is bad on their part. But I’ll inform them about these issues NC ask them to improve on customer service

I understand it’s a small business but when they are on Instagram and doing business they should be available to each n every customers as that’s how the customers build. Kk store again replied me back saying to send those damaged earrings back using India post. WTH, again I need to pay extra shipping for that. So I msged them to send new pair of earrings instead of me sending it back. Let’s see how it goes. But really it’s a pain in the ass which such stores where it’s really bad when we order and this happens. Anyways, keep up the good work you doing. And thank you for helping out your followers. Really Appreciate it !!
