I heard that the former Abesim chief asked a killer to bring him a heard for his rituals. It happened that the chief is related to this Abesim Fire Killer Man. It's also strange that the present chief of the same village is coming with a strange and unsubstantiated evidence that the killer has a mental sickness. This can put the former and the present chiefs in the same class.
It's normal for Abesim Hene to say that because if somebody does something which is beyond human comprehension, then the first thing is to check his / her mental status if that person is normal or not. This is what is done in the developed countries like the US,UK, etc.
