I am oily skin. And I loved the powder!! Especially under eyes. I still get oily but after 3-4 hours which is pretty good for me. But it sets the makeup really good

hello, i dont have tan skin, but im not very pale either. Would you say this description describes your skin too? also, what do you think of the cherry blossom shade? id love to try it but it might but too pink.

This was super helpful! I've been going back and forth on getting this based on the reviews that you mentioned... I think I will check it out in store. I'm desperate for a setting powder to brighten up my under eye, that isn't too dry... Everyone seems to recommend LM, but I find it a little drying for the eye area...

Maria Loredo Thanks so much for the recommendation! To be honest, the Hourglass powder might be a better choice, because I wouldn't have to worry about shade selection. Plus I was just reading the reviews and seems good for dry under eyes and fine lines. Sounds great! Thanks again!! ♥️
Hourglass is the BEST powder for all over and for generally setting. It doesn't brighten though. Just wanted to let you know. It is my favourite all over setting powder and if you just want to set your under eye and not brighten it's great for those with mature or dry skin :)

Great review! Could you compare it to the hourglass veil powder? Are they good for dry under eyes?
Hourglass is better for dry undereyes and it is translucent. They are completely different. Huda is made for brightening and has pigment. Hourglass doesn’t deposit colour and leaves a beautiful glow. Huda is very very Matte in comparison.

I love the tones of this powder. The perfume scent is so strong it makes me cough!! Under the eyes it just looks dry on me. I had road maps underneath even after wearing an eye cream
It didn't do much for my fine lines either lol
Hi Cheryl ..How does this powder compare to Mac setting powder and Mac Patrick starr powder which you love?
It deposits colour and has some pigment. I love my Patrick one but this is quite different in my opinion
Cheryl should do a top 5 lip combos because her lip combos are the prettiest

I dont have anything from huda beauty on my makeup i try the hourglass powder already n u were right !! Is the best!! Looks flawless I ask for a sample at sephora to taste it n my husband even noticed how nice n smooth looks on skin

I didn’t use one for this video but I typically like using the KKW Beauty powders
I dont get why they made these more fragranced than the foundation, especially when they know its going to be used right under the eye. Ive pretty sensitive eyes so id have to pass on this. Great review, i like your reviews especially, as i trust you & your opinion. Plus you've never steered me wrong in all the years ive watched you, which come to think of it is a while. Pretty sure was not long before you announced you were having Alex i found your channel x

Huda is too much for me. I’d recommend the Too Faced one over anything right now!
arabs are big on fragrance in everything, while visiting i suspected entire malls in dubai is sprayed with amazing fragrance throughout the day. i luv n miss it. the fragrance has never bothered me. no one can beat em in fragrances. i have gone through pretty much all my arabian perfumes during this quarantine n cannot even travel until god knows when. very very sad about it

More fragrance than the foundation? Holy shit. For something that is meant to be used under the eyes why put so much fragrance? I think this is a hard pass for me.
Why put so much fragrance in general? Companies need to take note this is not what a lot of consumers want. You think after her foundation launch she would have taken into consideration the feedback of the fragrance issue. She should make a perfume since it is nice...just not nice for our skin lol

The first shade she has is a nuetral so maybe you could get that for your face

MakeupByCheryl. The shadiness with the Rose Gold palette was one thing... telling everyone to get it quick because she was discontinuing it then bringing out the remastered. Then some people are upset with this launch and are saying she stole Beauty Bakerie's powder idea. I don't know if that bothers me though too be honest. And, finally her recent vulva lightening blog post really pissed many, including myself, off. I just can't get down with all that when there are so many amazing brands.

TEE-nuh The short answer is...yes. It's unnecessary in MY opinion. MY opinion. I'm not offended more than I think it's gross. I can choose to support and not support any brand I wish for any reason I wish. It's my hard earned money and i simply choose not to support that brand. Not only because of the vulva thing as I pointed out in my previous comment.

I usually love the quality of your videos but the lighting was soo off!! Especially when you tried showing the product, I feel like it was so bright throughout the video 😩 I hope you go back to your normal set up!
