The music I used was primal Dialga theme from mystery dungeon 2, I used a program called sappy to insert it, however, the music you're goung to use must be in midi format, for the cry, I used Pokecry, the cry has to be in wav format, the programs are relatively easy to use, but you may want to practice a bit using bacups before the actual hack is made.
My original idea was for this guy to be a mid-game boss, there were going to be 3 endings and in two of them you'd face 2 very strong opponents whom would be a challenge even with lvl 100 pokemon (especially the one which appeared in the "true" ending). Unfortunately this was lost when my old computer died. If I somehow get over my lazyness I may start over but for the time being this will just be a story in my mind.

This feels more like Shadow Dialga. I miss those pokemon Shadow Games. And as much as battling Team Rocket in PoGo is fun and interesting, it just doesn't fill the void.

Also, I forgot that you may need to have net framework ehh something installe (I don't remember which version but also I am not sure if you even need it)

I worked it out and used NSE Classic, so I added a framed sprite replacing Articuno featuring the PMD2 Dialga sprites, as they perfectly fitted the 64x64 box, but they won't show ingame...how can I fix this?

Well, you can try downloading the exe file for sappy (I'll put it in the description) and installing it (it's not a virus, I used it myself). It may ask for some dlls (or not, I dont remember XD) which you can easyly find googling (is that even a verb?). Also make sure you are not using hacked roms or something with MUGS.
Good, I'll be sure to tell you when I have a beta, right now I'm only a few events after the first gym (It would be more advanced, but my old had disk... exploded) and also I'm not that good at editing graphics XD.

Well it was a hack rom so I could get pretty much anything that existed in game :p that particular one was a leftover that the developers left in for some reason, theres around 34 of those iirc (I probably don't) which for some reason exiist between the indexes of the last jhoto pokemon and the first hoenn pokemon

i watched game glitches and the aspberry hack is when you get ur pokemon at low hp and then u use this berry to increase happiness and decrease hp and when you decrease that hp to the right amount you`ll get a ? pokemon but after you use it you can ruin the game all you want =P
As I said, I hacked the game data, tat's why Dialga and Giratina are there and there are attacks like "shadow time" or "shadow heal", none of that is possible by using glitches, I had to use external assets

I modified the game to include this. It is not possible to do in a normal ruby version or in a version that hasn't been modified to have this.
