I'm from the city of Chicago and I truly do think Europe does not get enough credit for how far they elevated House Music. After watching Irreversible, I really started getting into Bangalter's stuff from the 90's, great stuff! And of course I listened to the Daft Punk stuff.
Thoma's work for Irreversible was spectacular. The music and sounds played a big part of the movie, and makes you feel almost what the characters are going through. 10/10 would watch again.

@@lydhavet-music I agree with you, it would be odd, if I could compare to photography, this is like a high contrast grainy image, and Homework has a much more fine grain and low contrast feel. They are both bold, powerful and aggressive, this is more minimalist still.
