you do such a clear demonstration. That shows that you are someone who truly loves teaching and sharing. the little box is great too! I guess you all say brilliant huh? us in the states have fun with your words!! So cute!!! thanks for sharing!!!
I love the boxes you make. You explain really well how to make them. I enjoy making different things. Boxes are a great way of using up card that you can't use on cards. Thanks for showing us how.
Yet another gorgeous little box and i Love 💕 Love 💕 love the butterflies. Have ordered some off eBay just hope they are as nice as yours when they come 😀😀
Love your talent and how you make it so doable and beautiful... Thanks for Sharing and also like how you are always thinking out loud which is also known as talking to yourself so refreshing
Another brilliant Tutorial Sam, I love it. Thank goodness they can go flat or I will soon need a bigger house to store all my versions of your wonderful work. Thank you for all the inspiration.
Sam, you are an awesome paper engineer! To make this project just based on that photo online is AMAZING!!! I've pinned this for future reference. Love the final outcome. Tfs! :)
I did! And it fit the gift I had in mind perfectly. My SIL (to whom I gave it) thought it was cool, too! Thank you so much for sharing your excellent tutorial. :)
Another awesome box. I am noticing other demonstrators doing your designs. Giving you credit of course, but your designs are very popular! Love your videos. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you, Leanne, Yes I've noticed more popping up on TH-cam and Pinterest. It's lovely that others like my designs enough to share them on their channels and blogs. x
I like it. It is a very unique explosion box. Tfs Sam. Always enjoy your videos. I have to give this a try. I have a friend who is having a birthday next month and I think this would be a great one to give. 🙋♀️👍😊🌷
I love your project ideas and have tried quite a few as they are so lovely. I also think this one was so stinking cute, but I just couldn't get this one to work for me. Similar to one of the comments below my points were too high. I suppose I must be off in some way as yours turned out great. I appreciate your tutorial....maybe I'll get your next project right. Thanks for sharing!!!!!
Hi Mary, I think this one is all down to precision. I've had people send me pictures of their versions who have had no problems and others saying the same as you. Even when I first drew up my templates I found if my compass moved just slightly it made all my points off! Maybe come back to this one again another time :)
This is so cute. I tried it and my points didn't match up when I went to do the folds....so I snipped them off and noticed that it looked like a purse. So I added straps into the space where I had snipped off the points and sliced the front to accommodate a strap to keep it closed in the front. A few stickers later and I have a purse gift....happy accident. I love it when that happens instead of stressing out. I will have to look for your template to simplify it. I have been designing on the computer for so long that sadly, my manual skills have gone rusty. This was a good exercise. Thanks for sharing!
LOVE the top curve. Very clever :-). The paper colour is pretty too :-).

It amazes me that you can see a box and figure out how it's made. It turned out beautiful!

Hi, Kathleen, it is the Xcut Cutting system from Docrafts. You can find it on Amazon :)
