Deepak - you have hit them by the Nail and believe me that's the right way to do it. The Engineers are taught Planning, CPM, Pert Methodologies. Yet they are so lethargic or rather apathy that they prefer to use mind game then putting it on Paper. That's why when the Contract is awarded to a Contractors they have to submit the Pert Chart with important milestone and penalised if they don't comply the dates to the submitted Chart. Well done Deepak, keep going ( for the Nation)
Sir please also see the safety of the workers there. As i can see they were using gas cutting without any safety provision. I am also an engineer and i can feel the need of safety in these kind of working site. Apart from this you are doing a great job sir.
