i remember when i first watched this show.....bout 19 years ago....a girl i was dating....her dad turned me on to this show.......loved it then and still love it today
This is a good episode but it made me think, since they filmed all of the ADVENTURES WITH BILL segments for the show within the show, you would think that the lodge members could have easily sent in one of those films in to the TV station. If those dont scream "Funny Video" I dont know what does.
@@lesliematyas1921 Yes, I only comment on each show I watch, and with 300 episodes, would be a bit much to come up with something new each time. Keep your stick on the ice!
in my old "rust belt" town , local tv station were still using 16mm movie film sometimes into the mid 1980s (transferred to videotape of course) . I heard a video journalist say once that when he was off into far flung places in the world , he still used a 16mm Basileu movie film camera into the 1990s as a backup when there was no electricity to charge his video cam batteries .
5:40 that’s one really dull saw blade. It looks really rusty too so no wonder it wasn’t cutting. It looks like it’s on backwards too. No wonder it’s not cutting.
i have watched red green for decades....at least once a year or every 2 years . this show is such a comfort , the humour , most of the characters, the inter change btwn red/harold .....simply a fantastic series . thank you whoever got it here .
Does anyone remember the episode where Ranger Gord is showing Red how to spear fish and spears himself in the foot? Please send a link? I laughed so hard!
The man called hep was in the tv show called due South tv show and he played the dad who was murdered and only his son the Mountie can see and talk to him and also the Mounties half wolf half dog called diefinbaker
If memory serves me (2.3275 percent chance) , Remember those couple seasons(or one season ?) Harold - Patrick McKenna - went off to try his luck in hollywood, torontowood , etc ? I remember him in two Stargate episodes . And i guess he had other gigs . Question : I wonder if the show's ratings went down ? imho , when he came back and was the cool , nattily attired Harold , it wasn't so good . probably due to political correctness maybe . Of course I'll even take the cool Harold over p correct , corporatist, globalist Justin Trudeau any day . Question : What did the late great Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau have that Justin Trudeau lacks ? Answer : ethics and a spine .
@ John Doe Piss off with your politically-charged horseshit. If you're looking for a soapbox were you can preach your dumb nonsense, try Speaker's Corner.
Finally we got an explanation for where Bill went: he’s manning the camera!
Not far from the truth, he’s legitimately directing the show

One of the best "watch with dad" shows of all time
What about the girlfriend ?
Yup. My dad turned me on to this and Mystery Science Theater 3000! Still watch them both!!
That tree story was pretty funny!
Good idea, Harold!

Old Man Sedgwick probably took them out for processing.
On a mission to watch/like/comment on every Red Green episode. Keep your stick on the ice.
hate to be a punsky,,,,but do you actually watch or just copy/paste your sentence?

Gives a whole new meaning to “gotta catch a plane”.
The part where Harold was trying to tell what's funny at the lodge was so funny hehe, I cried!
Wow holy cow Red sure did age pretty good!!! Kelp up the gord walk and keep your stick on da ice!♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
Peter Keleghan was the perfect choice to portray Ranger Gord.
Red uses a real saw with a real blade (dull it may be) but it amazes me how he did all those stunts. Most would not use a real tool with a real blade.
I was wondering the same thing, like how do they do a lot of these handyman corners with no real injuries..

lmao, that Ranger God joke has me in stitches !!!
Funniest character on the show easy

I love red green
Meeting Swedish women? That's awesome.
F6HemiCharger in 2012, I was in a stadium full of beautiful Swedish women. Roxette was performing.
That Peter Keleghan was quite the looker in those days.
Pat McKenna is by far the funniest guy on this show.
Man playing the ranger gord was in the movie called screw balls
He also had the recurring role of Terence Myers in Murdoch Mysteries.
ask the expert segment ...dougie has spoken truth here .

is the sound of chainsaws in the distance something one hears everywhere in Canada?
No, only after a bad windstorm and sometimes in cottage country.
Sorry can't hear you over my chainsaw
@@darcam123 Is it your chainsaw or one of your neighbor's?
in bc, lots of trees. so yes. probably not the rest of canada
Redgreen funny
Wow, that guy with the headband and colorful shirt sure is annoying.
Yeah, he tries a little too hard to be funny. Though, I'd imagine that people with ADHD would find him entertaining.
He’s supposed to come off as a drugged stoner and isn’t a funny guy...he’s annoying and it isn’t ADHD or ADD
@@bostonrailfan2427 - He IS supposed to be funny. Every character on the show is meant to be funny. In this case though, he's just annoying.
Come Back
6000 days is 16yrs?
yes,a little over 16 years
The man called hep was in the tv show called due South tv show and he played the dad who was murdered and only his son the Mountie can see and talk to him and also the Mounties half wolf half dog called diefinbaker
Ranger Gort didn't age well by the end of these shows he was so depressed
I mute it when Red "sings".

Steve Smith said that when Pat McKenna came back, he was really pissed off that he couldn't break out like he thought he could. Really sad, actually
Trudeau is a tyrant
