This video illustrates the extrusion process of producing PE and PP Rods. The extrusion process involves melting plastic pellets and forcing it into a die to shape it. Once the melted plastic exits the die, it is shaped into a round part which is later pulled and coiled to a desired length. The process of plastic extrusion is an excellent option for applications that require a final product with a constant cross-section.
