I guess because party games worked best on the Wii, and the sequels were designed with that console in mind. A PC version of Raving Rabbids 2 exists but it appears to be rare, extremely cut-down and possibly only sold in some Eastern European countries.

Rayman Raving Rabbids Has Many Platforms To PlayStation 2, Gameboy Advance, Nintendo DS, Xbox 360
They should've put this game on OG Xbox
Man I can't imagine playing this on anything but the Wii haha. No way it's more fun on the 360

I dont get why the first one came in a lot of systems, and sequels only on PC DS AND WII
Possibly because of Ubisoft has successful the first game on the Wii and DS, so maybe they made two sequels on the Wii & DS.
