I agree with all the people in the replies so far. I used to be a cheerleader but I stopped after switching schools. I was constantly bullied ☠️. Those girls were mean. They were hella competitive and would beat you up if you didn’t get your ponytail right. They’re all gossip infested as well. I didn’t (still don’t) have any socials so I was always left out of the loop when it came to popularities. I was always just pushed to the side. Always the spotter in the back of the line. I understand that not all cheerleaders are like this. I did cheer for seven-ish years and it had a huge impact on my self esteem. Still recovering from those self centered brats.

What’s beautiful to me is the girls matched her tonal delivery when they all chanted in unison so that it would blend more with her performance. They all used her punchy delivery to smooth over the edges. That’s good coaching. It’s the little things.❤❤❤❤

She’s not deaf..I snooped the teams IG. It’s some weird low pitch yelling and it makes her sound deaf but she’s definitely not. The other girls do the low pitch yelling too but their voices don’t come across the same as hers. Idk it’s odd to me but it’s a thing apparently 🙈

It focuses more on percussive/rhythmic moves, and cheer chants with more bass in the voice. Similar to stepping (another dance form). Watching squads live is a really cool experience.

It focuses more on percussive/rhythmic moves, and cheer chants with more bass in the voice. Similar to stepping (another dance form). Watching squads live is a really cool experience.
