Hey Pierre, Good to see you capturing amazing images again. Very inspiring. Sorry to hear about your sick friends. London, Ontario, Canada had very few cases but did shut down almost everything. I am a firefighter in the city, so my work schedule stayed the same and I actually worked extra shifts to cover those who had to quarantine. Canada as a whole wasn’t affected like many other countries. We are fortunate to have good leadership and health care. Stay healthy!

For example. my dad and I went to Walmart (similar to Carrefour), and my dad told me to ignore anyone if they try to talk to you. I don't know why he was so strict about it, but I can see why people like that woman is very paranoid.

I made one off my little girl het birthday during lockdown and i think it’s my best shot i ever took so far. Just because it was a gutt-shot. And that’s thanks to you because i started to do this after watching you’re pov clips. It Made me realise that it isn’t always about being technicaly perfect. It’s more important to tell the story. Tu ouvre à 2.8 (voir plus) ou tu as tendance à fermer un peux pour avoir le sweet spot pour un maximum de netteté et garder un peu de background?

Tough times but we still need to be optimistic and have a positive outlook. Love the POV and street photography. I have the same 70-200/2.8 and it’s a great zoom lens. For the 20/1.8, how do you compare it to the 24/1.4. I see used 24/1.4 lens for about the same price as the 20/1.8 but want to hear from your experience on both. Always love your street photos! Your great charisma is why people don't mind you taking their picture. I don't have that, yet. One of the worst confrontations I have had was in Paris. Wife of a street artist yelled at me when I took her husband's picture, "We are not animals in a zoo!" Guess I should have asked, first.

I have a little camera, Canon M50, I am trying to understand your focus settings, you were killing it every shot bro and you were not messing with focus that I can tell. I've actually have been going taking pictures during this whole lock down. I'm one of those people who can't be told to stay inside because naturally I'll go nuts!!! The street have been empty which gives/gave me time to take pictures of area which normally are buzzing with people/cars ect. Usually, there were no people around and it felt like I was the last survivor, lol. I got a chance to practice long exposures, shooting trains, cars, cyclist ect. I also tried some light painting on a bridge ect. It has been actually quite interesing for me. I don't know anyone who has covid-19 and I live in Flori-duh.
Pierre, I thought you were selling the 70-200mm. Is the 70-200 plus the 20mm your preferred Street Set to operate with? The 85mm is fantastic but I am always battling with a 20mm or 35mm when I am trying just to take 2 lenses with me? Your Thoughts?
Can I ask something Pierre? This is more for my own photography sanity. Obviously you are walking and the point of street photography is to shoot what you observe, but when taking shots, I often ask myself "What am I actually going to do with this image" or "what is the point of taking this shot". I imagine that you go out with either a mission or some objective to the types of shots that you want to take, but do you ever have the same thought pattern that occurs when i'm shooting, that prevents you from taking some shots? An example, based on watching your video is... I love your architecture / city-based shots and think they look really solid. Then on the other hand (while I still find interest in these shots), taking a photo of a chef with a corona mask. Sure, I like the photo and the fundamentals of it all are great, but what is the shot for? Sorry if this is just rambling, but I am genuinely curious as to your thought pattern when it comes to selecting the moments that are worthy of being captured. Would love your thoughts on this! Keep up the good work!

You know you're rich when instead of changing lenses on one camera, you have two cameras with two different lenses
I'm not rich but have 2 dslr bodies for most my shoots incase 1 fails or some other unseen emergency
I got to 2 cameras, one with a 18-108mm & one with 70-300mm, and I’m not rich at all😂
