Most nostalgic song ever for me, earliest memory is watching my brothers play & being absolutely amazed by what I was seeing. Its such an early memory for me that seeing a beach in real life reminds me of the FF8 intro and not the other way around lmao. I was too young to actually play so I'd just start the game over & over and run around not really knowing what to do, getting to ifrit if I was lucky before starting again. Pretty much what I consider the theme song to my life, love it so much
My only hope is that some day Square-Enix will remember its heart and soul to give us a new game with the kind of charisma, passion, and love this game has.
Most peaceful and joy bringing melody ever made, Balamb Garden as a whole is a incredible setting, it looks so unique, clean, futuristic but nice. It would be hard for a modern remake the capture the specific essence of this place.
