He decided to diet before and he said it on Chan's room (I don't remember which episode) then fans blamed staffs basically, then on the latest Chan's room, he said that he is the one who decide either he want to lost or gain weight, not the staff. Just because the staff told him he gain weight, doesn't mean he's gonna lost weight if he doesn't want too. And the staff ONLY told him, not to ask him to lost weight or anything, Chan who decide he want to do it or not
I have a very high respect for han for being an idol although he has social anxiety. I don't have anxiety but I tend to get nervous around people I don't know well and I hate standing on stage and being the center of attention, it scares me. Must be even worse in such crowds on the airport. The staff members are very important for the idols, for safety and support and like Chan said, they need to be appreciated more

I'm not comfortable in such situations but my head stays clear, I don't get bellyaches, etc, and I've seen people get much more nervous than me. I was diagnosed with depression and anorexia, and I was also tested for anxiety but it's more a form of shyness than axiety 😅
I think skz is one of the luckiest idol, coz they have the greatest staffs and managers. Some idol didn't as lucky. I just hope that every idols will get treated with care and respect coz they're human, and they've worked hard, the least they deserve is to be treated well.

I think it's easy for us to forget that these managers have been with the kids every single day since pre-debut. They stay in the same apartment as them, eat with them, sleep with them, wake up with them, drive them to their schedules etc. They're basically their guardians, and we should respect them a lot more for what they do everyday.
I started on my skz binge a few days ago. Han became my bias because of his outgoing personality. I just found out Han had an issue with anxiety due to a video I saw of Bang Chan talking about it. 😢 I am so happy Han is supported ❤ Thanks for this video. Many people suffer with this issue as well.

Yesyesyes thisss. Managers tend to be close with their idols anyway bc they're essentially stand-in parents and with that kind of position it's hard not to care. But we don't always see it, and I love that we do with skz' managers. Not to say that other mangers/staff don't care for their groups but skz staff goes above and beyond every time and it's nice to know they're surrounded by people who care so much about them

You are INCREDIBLY correct. Everything connected to us caring about them comes with a deeply negative catch 22. We love them, yet we are responsible for most of their problems. We want to make sure they get through the airport safely, so they get mobbed to get the video. We want to see them interact with eachother and celebrate their bonds, and then people get to too invasive into their personal business in order for us to see those bonds. We want to see them be happy and have healthy friendships and relationships, but our eyes put immense pressure on those delicate topics and cause nothing but pain. It's a really tough and unfair situation for them... And yes, they are very steadfast in their belief that they asked for this life and therefore they won't complain about it, or make us feel bad about it. Which, I can't speak for other STAY, but the fact that they don't hate us for everything we put them through and really do actually want US to be happy with THEM... to the point of possibly being miserable themselves. That hits me deep down. Everyone always says they wish they could be them or be like them... But I don't think they would feel the same if they were. It takes a really rare kind of person to do what they do. Beyond the talent, the charm, and their beauty. It takes a lot of self confidence and one hell of a strong personality.

There's lot of people that spend a lot of time around the kids but they don't have screentime like the kids do, after these many years is not surprising if some of them are close to the kids and have built a nice friendship with them. These talented artists share their gifts with us all & sometimes we forget they don’t get to avoid others whenever they want or need space. That is a lot of super human energy to deal with non stop strangers just to get to your “office”. Can’t imagine dealing with this on my way to work/destination of next gig or lunch etc on the daily. I absolutely love SKZ’s managers they take such good care of them I’m studying international artist management for this exact reason I have so much respect for them and many of the managers that actually treat their idols well because we know there are several companies who’s staff doesn’t treat their idols properly (I’m looking at you pledis) I hope to one day be as awesome as SKZ managers if you ever see them in person treat them with respect and thank them for protecting our boys
