My mom and dad live 5 miles from my sister and brother in law. ( my parents moved there 4 yrs ago to be able to see my sisters kids more : she and my brother in law have a girl and two boys). Before that, they only saw them twice a yr if that bc of the distance. I really miss them but, my parents seem so happy so do my sisters kids to be able to see my parents more. both my parents are retired teachers.

While horse people meet and greet Esme their dads/ husbands/ significant other have a therapy session with Mr. Higgs 😂 My fiancé have started a Group with the Husbands at my barn called The Lonely Horsemen where the plan is to support each other in the turmoil that is having a horsey girlfriend 😅
Our feed bags are a bit different here in the US but I do use the string or even get a knife and cut it open. Our bags are usually made of recycled plastic-like materials so we can't peel!
There is a third category!! I pull the string and it un sows the end! It takes a second to find the right thread and prep it, but then it's just a gentle unthreading pull.
