It depends on the state you are. ICU nurses tend to make 2-3$ more per hour as compared to other nurses

The agency I know are only recruiting nurses with priority dates prior to 2009.

Can you please explain the Gross salary bit more, it is not matching with the current earnings in the payslip and I believe retro active payments are not usual payments (correct me if I am wrong). So, how come it is reaching $8125 as gross salary, I am really confused now. I really appreciate your time and effort.
The paycheck I am discussing is for 2 weeks duration, it’s not annual salary. The paycheck includes overtime as well, so it fluctuates with the overtime hours.

You must find an employer who could file for you a work permit. So it all depends on how soon you find a potential employer.

Processing time is long atleast 6-8 years.
Yes its a waste of time as of now due to priority date available till year 2009 . Just work kuwait nothing great in usa as people think its hollywood movie.
Take note. People who earn 110k or above are not eligible for over time depends on role. In general nurses starts from 55k as salary.
Hi J Lo, who said that people who earn over 110k can’t do overtime? There are plenty of nurses who has a base salary of 120-130k per annum and they do overtime. Also base salary for s different in different states here. There are new grad nurses starting at $70-75k here. It all depends where the individual is working

Usa was a land of dreamers in the early 1980 till year 2000. Now its sucks big time with heavy crime /drug ladden and povery seen in street if california /los angeles to name few. Imagine usa is a super power in paper and now its no more..

Oh yes nurse practioner/nurse anasthelogist earns 120 k above but a nurse who just pass nclex and come with 15 ys expereience gain from india and middle east still start as entry level nurse and earns 55k to 65k base at start . Yes it state depended
But for us economy. 100 or 130k is not huge deal as it hyped to be. Chill simply humbly
