No Bells and Whistles but... Enough? | SQOE SELP220 Review

Recently, nag-review tayo ng Tele and Superstrats from SQOE. Most of them are priced higher than most guitars in the local market. This time, they sent us something that is within the range of the average budget guitar, a P13,000 Les Paul. No bells and whistles, but can it get the job done?

Parang hindi malakas sa social media presence ang Sqoe pero nagulat ako na nasa 500k followers sila sa FB.
Mas naririnig ko pa yung hype ng Jcraft, Smiger, Tagima, Clifton, DnD and such.
Pero out of those brands, parang mas maganda mga gawa ng SQOE.

Sa lahat ng les paul copies na gantong price, eto yung pinaka accurate ang shape ng body, headstock, kahit placement ng toggle switch mismo. Nakita ko to sa marketplace, akala ko Gibson. No jokes 😃

i bought the lp300 for my 13 y/o son. ok naman tuwang tuwa siya mayat maya punas after gamitin lol. bone nut siya yata pero sana ss na lang fret wires hehe nonetheless goods naman. nice review Pax!

Replacing the nut and the pickups will make it work. What you can't get from other brands is the rosewood fretboard.
Sayang lang na frets are low. LP should have jumbo frets.

kakabili ko lang ng LP220 sa kanila. very nice siya and since nasanay ako sa formula telecaster ng samick, natakot ako sa gaan nito. hahah. at same thoughts din sa pickups. may tendency na matinis yung tunog sa bridge. for me ayos yung gitara for a budget.
ps: wag kayo bibili online, punta kayo sa store nila para makita niyo makukuha niyo. baka kasi bigyan din kayo ng wrong color. hahah

this is basically a chibson with a better brand. The neck pick-up is bright asf, you can hear how cheap it is.
