How is wadi al dawasir? Hospital / Facility / People / safety for women? Digital | internet access?

I am base in Riyadh and will go to Wadi Dawasir to service medical equipment. Hospital facility is good and safe for women. I don’t have any problem connecting to internet using Mobily as my provider. But do not compare Wadi Al Dawasir to any big cities in Saudi where a lot of places to go, Wadi Dawasir is limited 😁
