Concerning forgiveness: If you listen to this and there is a person who has wrecked your life and made you miserable and who never took any accountability for it, lest any modicum of apology, please don’t feel bad if you don’t possess the strength to forgive. Ask the Lord for the strength to forgive and work on the issue. But if for some reason after some time you don’t find forgiveness for that transgressor in your heart, there is usually a good reason. I am not saying not to try to forgive. What I am saying is not to victimise yourself even more of you can’t forgive at the moment,
The thorn in the flesh is said to be a messenger of Satan. It was a demon harassing him. And they most definitely will keep you humble to not exalt yourself with knowledge Holy Spirit gives us. Holy Spirit keeps showing me how the demons that still harass me are His footstools to be used to accomplish my sanctification.
My understanding is demons are the spirits of dead nephilim ... Fallen angels are able to take on a physical form, but, demons are always looking to "inhabit" a to inhabit a person or animal, etc. Please give me your perspective on this point ... Seems to me, from all I have heard, fallen angels are different from demons ...
Interesting. The same thought and concept of distinction has crossed my mind a couple of years ago as well. When I was actually not doing any in depth research. And you just reminded me of that thought. Thank you!
Is there a list or chart anywhere in your teaching that says how many angels there are in the book of Revelation? I've done a couple of in-depth studies of Revelation, but always get muddled when it comes to all the angels. The text indicates a few of them appear more than once (?), but that's where it gets a bit confusing. Since you are currently teaching both on angels and on Revelation, I thought it might be a good time to ask.
